- We offer international shipping to select countries. Rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your order’s progress.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Lovely Haven is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
- If your package is lost in transit (not marked as delivered), please contact us within 3 days at Lovely_haven@yahoo.com. for assistance.
- We recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier for stolen packages.
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days with photos of the damage, and we’ll assist in resolving the issue.
